Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collections, follow up on accounts, provide leadership and training for procedures.
• Leadership: Manage profits, ensure policy compliance, control inventory and pricing, handle cash and security.
