Qualifications

• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Proficiency with store operation applications and basic computer literacy.
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by setting daily and weekly goals and guiding team activities.
• Oversee accounts receivable tasks, follow up on overdue commitments, and train staff on procedures.
• Manage store profits through careful resource, inventory, pricing, and cash handling oversight.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain coworkers to deliver exceptional customer service.
