Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals; oversee store's sales activities; approve rental agreements and monitor revenue growth.
• Oversee collections activities; train coworkers to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Lead store resources management including inventory, pricing, cash handling, and store security.
• Hire and train staff; maximize retention and organize daily activities and goals.
