• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals for the store's sales activities and oversee coworkers' sales efforts; approve rental agreements and monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collections and follow up on accounts requiring manager intervention; provide leadership and training to ensure procedures are followed.
• Leadership: Monitor profits and manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling, and security.
