Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Store Manager in Training in the Indianapolis area. You will drive sales, oversee collections, and lead a team to meet revenue and growth targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail/management, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and a valid driver's license. You will manage store resources, pricing, inventory, and customer service while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements.
• Account Management: manage collections follow-ups and staff training to ensure policy compliance.
• Leadership: monitor store profits, manage resources, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and security.
