Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of functional experience.
• Experience managing individual contributors or leading a department.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive decisions affecting finances and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to maintain high service levels and quality.
• Inspire, educate, guide, and develop associates and keyholders for growth paths within store and field roles.
• Deliver operating budgets and manage expenses to meet profitability targets.
• Ensure accuracy of store operations including Front and Back House functions; manage records for hires, payroll, performance reviews, and terminations.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through replenishment, shrink control, and communication.
