Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Store Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead daily store operations and drive customer experiences in a multi-brand environment. You will develop staff, manage budgets, and execute marketing directions to grow sales and profitability.

The role emphasizes high store standards, recruiting, forecasting staffing needs, and implementing a cohesive strategy to engage customers and meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of functional experience in retail/leadership.
• Experience managing staff and recruiting.
• Experience with POS systems and store software.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to maintain a high level of service and quality.
• Inspire and develop associates and keyholders for growth and career paths.
• Deliver operating budgets and manage expenses to meet profitability expectations.
• Ensure accuracy of all store operations including Front and Back House.
• Maintain records for applicants, hires, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, and terminations.
• Maintain inventory levels through replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
• Communicate with Area/District Manager providing market information and employee successes and challenges.
