Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience operating a POS system and other in-store tech.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to associates to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Supervise assigned department, overseeing store profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching, leading by example.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain company standards; ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards, resolving issues.
