Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead our Lexington, KY location. The role focuses on sales, service, and relationship-building, while training staff and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

You will supervise daily operations, manage inventory, and partner with the Director of Retail to implement the Business Insight Cycle. The ideal candidate has retail management experience, a strong leadership presence, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to close the store a minimum of one time per week, and also work a minimum of four weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, meetings, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in (specialty) retail management.
