You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and daily operations, collaborate with the District Manager and Director of Retail, and lead local in-store events and community engagement. A strong focus on sales metrics and customer relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to close the store at least once per week, and work a minimum of four weekend shifts per month.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in specialty retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining store standards.
• Provide product knowledge and customer recommendations.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, stocking, housekeeping, and stockroom duties.
