Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader in Bowling Green, KY to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes leadership in daily tasks, product knowledge, and friendly, proactive engagement with shoppers.

The position supports the store team and operates within a fast-paced retail environment, with responsibilities including opening/closing, inventory, and delivering a warm shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week, and also work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including but not limited to events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
• Build and share product knowledge, promotions, and brand rewards relevant to shopper needs.
• Support store management with the team.
• Assist customers in finding the right card and gift solutions.
• Contribute to storytelling and community engagement to reinforce kindness.
• Handle store operations including replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, stockroom tasks, and curbside deliveries.
