Vans, a VF Corporation brand, is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive team culture. The role requires 1+ year of retail leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication with influence across levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive and inclusive store environment to encourage collaboration.
