Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You will coach Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates while driving sales and upholding brand standards.

You will recruit, develop and motivate talent, partner with HR and the Divisional Sales Manager, and ensure smooth store operations and visual merchandising execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Solid business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Talent magnet with recruiting, retaining and developing exceptional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive store sales by building genuine connections with fans and exceeding KPI targets.
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising directives and operational processes are executed timely.
• Partner with HR and the Divisional Sales Manager to address performance issues and succession planning.
• Recruit, develop and retain top retail talent across seasonal and core hiring.
• Create memorable shopping moments and foster lasting customer loyalty.
