Job summary

Pandora is the world’s largest jewellery brand, delivering accessible luxury and memorable customer experiences. The Store Manager will lead a sales-driven team on the shop floor, coaching Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to exceed KPIs while delivering brand moments.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, implement merchandising standards, and partner with HR to drive performance and store revenue, all while fostering fan connections and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performing retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain and develop top talent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
