Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• 4+ years of retail experience, with preference for Store Manager experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with store teams, field leaders, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback.
• Drive recruitment and staffing to ensure year-round store coverage, including seasonal needs.
• Lead the team to achieve performance metrics in sales, service, and product engagement.
• Own daily retail operations: POS accuracy, stock room organization, pricing and markdowns, loyalty growth, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate, delegate and prioritize tasks for smooth operations and timely follow-up.
• Serve as a Crocs brand ambassador by staying current on product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and compliance.
