Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a store associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support daily operations. You will work with store management to meet sales goals and keep the store well merchandised.

You will assist in all store functions including POS, visual presentation, and stockroom activities while staying informed about product collaborations and launches to engage customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, product placement and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegating tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations and launches, elevating consumer connection.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including asset protection, inventory control and compliance.
