Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage daily store operations, drive sales, maintain inventory controls, and ensure a welcoming, high‑performing environment for both customers and staff.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, enforce company policies, and coordinate with corporate partners to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail experience, with preference for store manager experience
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service standards
• Champion a positive team culture and share feedback with leadership
• Drive recruitment and staffing to ensure store coverage year‑round
• Lead sales, customer service, and product engagement to meet targets
• Oversee daily operations: POS, stock room, pricing and markdowns, storefront cleanliness
• Coordinate tasks to maintain smooth store operations and timely follow-ups
• Act as brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches and collaborations
• Adhere to loss prevention procedures and company policies
