Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager, Sales Full Time in Locust Grove, GA to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise team members, ensure effective POS usage, manage stock, pricing, and promotions, and maintain store standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail leadership experience and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. As a brand ambassador, you will stay informed about product launches and collaborations,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards
• Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
• Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success
