Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4+ years of retail experience with a preference for Store Manager experience.
• Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Drive recruitment and staffing to ensure store coverage year-round.
• Lead daily retail operations including POS, stock, pricing, and markdown execution.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and launches.
