Safelite AutoGlass in Hibbing, MN, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, focusing on quality service and a memorable customer experience. You’ll manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and safety while coaching a mobile workforce toward excellence.

You’ll drive performance to meet KPIs, ensure technicians maintain SafeTech™ certification, and align with company goals. Strong communication and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 5–7 years leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• 3+ years leadership in retail or service centers; automotive experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• 3–5 years in retail or service center environments; MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence, engage, and coach a mobile workforce.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations, open/close, work orders, cashiering, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Drive team performance to meet KPI targets and company goals across service metrics.
• Ensure SafeTech™ certification and coach technicians on quality installs/repairs.
• Guide vehicle/equipment maintenance and maintain proper records; assist marketing with materials.
• Provide world-class customer service by rapid response to complaints and warranty issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
