Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 5–7 years leadership experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 3+ years leadership in retail or service environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Drive KPI performance and ensure company goals are met or exceeded.
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified and maintain quality installations.
• Maintain inventory control, loss prevention, and proper display of materials.
• Provide world-class customer service and respond promptly to complaints and warranty issues.
