Jasper Meadows is seeking a Store Manager for our Columbus, OH location to oversee daily operations, inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service. You will also handle financial reporting and budgeting to meet sales targets, working closely with the store team and customers in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires at least three years of retail management, experience with inventory control, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of retail management experience.
• Experience in leading teams, training staff and implementing operational strategies.
• Experience with inventory management including stock tracking, ordering and replenishment.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, sales data, P&L and cash flow analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for staff and customer interactions.
