Save A Lot in Columbus, OH is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. You will recruit, train and motivate the store team, manage KPIs, control inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience in scheduling, merchandising, budgeting or expense control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and development to their store team members regarding tasks, duties, role requirements and performance standards.
• Creates a positive, safe, and clean store environment for team members and customers.
• Recruits talented, motivated team members with positive attitudes.
• Trains, develops, mentors, and coaches all team members to success within their roles.
• Communicates across all stakeholders including store team, District Managers and Regional Directors.
• Ensures store operates to maximize sales, profits and customer experience.
• Manages inventory levels and ensures quality, freshness and rotation standards.
• Responsible for adherence to policies including accounting, cash handling, payroll, sanitation and food safety.
• Acquires Food Safety Certification as required.
• Protects company property and funds, works with vendors per policy.
