Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in retail sales; 2+ years in management or supervision.
• Strong leadership, ethics, motivation and communication.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of cash registers and POS systems; cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales, expense, profit goals within budget.
• Develop staff through coaching, training and evaluations.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness according to policies.
• Ensure merchandising and signage align with guidelines.
• Provide customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Prepare reports and documentation including DSRs, deposits, inspections.
