Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support daily store operations, staff development, and embody the organization's mission and Core Values in every interaction.

You will assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory, while promoting outstanding customer service and a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management/supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, and supervising team members.
• Help manage daily store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, and inventory.
• Promote exceptional customer service and uphold Goodwill's safety and compliance standards.
• Ensure proper handling of donations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Monitor store performance and assist with reports, budgets, and loss prevention.
