Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years of retail or related management experience at the Assistant Manager level or above required; Goodwill experience may substitute for Store Manager.
• Advanced education may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages store operations to meet sales and production goals while controlling expenses.
• Oversees staff of 12–25 full and part-time employees.
• Responsible for scheduling, payroll, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Ensures customer service quality and compliance with policies.
• Maintains merchandising standards and displays.
