Job summary

You will ensure strong customer service, uphold the Goodwill brand, and collaborate with community partners to advance the mission. The role requires at least one year in retail management, one year in customer service, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year retail management experience required.
• 1 year customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the store sales floor and assist with production room as needed.
• Manage payroll and operating costs to meet budgets.
• Ensure excellent customer service for donors and customers and de-escalate when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and reflect the Goodwill brand; train and develop Team Members.
• Travel to GCNA locations as needed and coordinate with support areas (HR, Finance, Safety).
