Lids in Western Australia is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, oversee scheduling, training, and compliance while maintaining store standards and visual presentation.

You will manage hiring, staff development, and performance, ensuring a engaging and inclusive team environment that meets KPIs and supports the brand's in-store embroidery and customization services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Extensive supervisory experience and training delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
