Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage staff and protect assets. The role emphasizes customer relations, performance coaching and adherence to policy while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

The Store Manager will lead talent development, monitor financials, and execute inventory control, with a strong emphasis on asset protection and customer satisfaction in a pawn/retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ WA)
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience supervising others
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling experience
• Knowledge of jewelry and general merchandise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Independent worker with minimal supervision
• Willing to become certified to work with firearms (ATF) as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with a customer-centric focus.
• Direct and develop staff, recruit and retain talent.
• Open/close procedures including cash, merchandise, and asset protection.
• Oversee inventory control and loan processes while protecting assets.
• Drive profitability through proper merchandising and payments.
• Promote store image and acquire new customers with marketing tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate store mission and objectives clearly to employees.
