Responsabilités

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent via company channels.
• Open/close store, count cash, protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and securing loans.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, reporting.
• Review store financials and drive profitability.
• Meet/beat FirstCash operating standards.
• Oversee loan qualification and buying processes.
• Complete assigned tasks and self-development training.
• Communicate store mission and profit objectives to staff.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and perform related duties.
