FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a high‑volume pawn operation. You will support the Store Manager in daily store leadership, supervision, and staff development, while promoting a customer‑centric environment.

You will manage cash handling, inventory, and loan processes, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive profitability through a combination of hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to supervise others and train staff.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Firearm handling ability and certification may be required in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with Store Manager to drive profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; manage customer relations and satisfaction.
• Open/close store; protect assets and cash handling.
• Monitor loan qualification and asset protection; manage inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash standards and store procedures.
