FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and run daily store operations.

You will coach staff, develop talent, and drive profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience across merchandise categories such as jewelry, electronics, and tools. The role emphasizes strong leadership, staffing, and process excellence, with competitive hourly pay and a monthly bonus opportunity based on store performance.

Formación

• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required.
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance objectives to team members.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
