Colonial Group is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead the team and deliver the best shoe store experience for families. You will drive sales targets, nurture talent, and uphold operational excellence to create a culture that customers remember.

You’ll inspire customer connections, own daily operations, and coach staff to achieve growth while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive workplace aligned with our standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate leadership and a track record of driving store performance.
• Experience in retail management, especially specialty retail, is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop Associates and lead a team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspire The Customer Connection: foster a culture centered on customer relationships and operational excellence while coaching associates to enhance selling behaviors.
• Lead Talent Discovery: recruit exceptional external talent and build succession plans for leadership roles within the store.
• Own Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipments, inventory and store standards to keep top styles easily shoppable.
• Leverage Insights to Deliver Results: drive sales using business analysis and observations to refine strategies.
• Be the Architect of a Winning Culture: promote diversity, inclusivity and a positive mindset to boost retention and performance.
