Colonial Group in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and deliver the best shoe store experience for families. You’ll drive sales, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will inspire associates, manage daily operations, and support the Store Manager in executing growth goals while maintaining brand standards and a positive in-store culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, retail sales preferred.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and training people.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; basic financial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Inspire associates to deliver outstanding customer connections and operate with integrity.
• Serve as the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager and support staff development.
• Oversee daily operations: pricing, shipping, inventory and store standards to ensure a smooth, shoppable experience.
• Drive sales through coaching and data-driven improvements in performance and customer engagement.
• Build a positive culture and ensure inclusivity and teamwork across the store.
