Colonial Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about delivering the best shoe store experience for families. You’ll lead in the Store Manager’s absence, motivate a team toward sales targets, and uphold an in-store culture around our brands and the Famous Feeling.

You will coach, hire, and train staff while managing daily operations and ensuring peak store performance through insights and strong people leadership.

• Demonstrates ability to lead, motivate, and communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Strong coaching and development skills to improve selling behaviors and customer experience.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and training store personnel.
• Ability to analyze financial and quantitative data to drive results.
