Colonial Group’s Elizabeth, NJ location is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager who loves shoes and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will lead in the Store Manager's absence, coach a team, and ensure store standards and sales excellence.

You will manage daily operations, staffing, inventory, and pricing, while building a positive culture that motivates staff and keeps customers coming back. A strong smile and hands-on leadership helps your team achieve growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Experience interviewing, hiring and training staff.
• Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with associates.
• Ability to train and coach for superior customer service.
• Strong problem solving and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities
