Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the Famous Footwear experience.
• Manage opening/closing, pricing, inventory, and store presentation.
• Foster a culture of care, coaching, and customer connection.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
• Mentor Associates and drive sales performance through coaching.
