Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.

• Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
• Experience using business insights and operational reporting to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute store business strategy in partnership with the General Manager to drive revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver consistent performance and exceptional service.
• Support labor planning and scheduling, payroll reporting, and staffing needs.
• Analyze store data to track progress toward goals and identify performance gaps.
• Lead visual merchandising and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
