The Container Store Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store execution, coach staff, and partner with the General Manager to translate priorities into actions.

You will drive revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence while maintaining a high-performing culture and compliant, safe store operations. You will oversee staffing, training, and development, ensure brand-aligned presentation, and collaborate with regional leadership on initiatives to improve district performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and lead teams and drive performance.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with the GM.
• Coach and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee payroll reporting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Analyze store data to drive sales, service, and efficiency.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and drives sales.
