Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience focusing on team development and execution.
• Proven ability to coach and drive performance with accountability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, effective communication across all levels.
• Experience using business insights and reporting to guide decisions.
• Passion for customer experience and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the store's business strategy in partnership with the General Manager.
• Lead day-to-day operations to improve revenue, customer experience, and efficiency.
• Coach and develop the team with real-time feedback.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and payroll reporting.
• Analyze store data to track progress and identify gaps.
• Maintain store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and backroom organization.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
• Partner with leadership to communicate priorities and drive district initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
