The Container Store is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store execution with strong people leadership and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This full-time, salaried role partners with the General Manager to translate strategy into action, empower employees, and ensure safe, efficient store operations.

The successful candidate will coach the team, manage scheduling and payroll reporting, analyze performance data, and maintain brand-standard merchandising.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams for high performance.
• Strong focus on customer experience and store presentation.
• Experience managing operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Comfort with using business insights and reporting to guide decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with the GM to drive revenue, customer experience, and efficiency.
• Coach and develop team to deliver consistent performance and excellent service.
• Oversee labor planning, payroll reporting, and staffing alignment with traffic.
• Analyze store data to track progress toward goals and address performance gaps.
• Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards and supports sales.
