• Experience using IBM cash register to generate reports.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, hiring and termination practices including compliance.
• Familiarity with cash, facility and safety control policies.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, evaluations, and coaching; address gaps or counseling needs.
• Recommend pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Ensure proper store opening and closing each day.
• Open/close store at least twice weekly.
• Evaluate operating statements for trends and expenses; address shrink and errors.
• Manage stock levels; review ordering plans and cycle counts.
• Stage, stock and store merchandise per company processes.
• Present merchandise correctly with pricing and signage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and losses.
• Ensure cashier accountability and security practices.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and proper tools for tasks.
• Follow SOPs and company communications; ensure compliance.
• Complete paperwork and documentation within deadlines.
