Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counsel up to termination.
• Make pay-rate and advancement recommendations.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and inventory trends.
• Ensure stock replenishment and proper merchandising.
