Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, access to personal vehicle, proof of insurance.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including service and cleanliness.
• Strong communication, integrity, and decisiveness.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform all duties of store employees: register, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid driver’s license and transportation.
