Qualifications

• Open availability with ability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; proof of insurance required for bank deposits.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Lead by example in all aspects of store operations including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and manage lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members; focus on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; ensure valid license, transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-train and support deli or QSR operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
