Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Store Manager who will take full ownership of store operations, lead 8–15 employees across all shifts, and remain flexible to cover evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

You will coach the team, hire and train staff, manage inventory and banking, uphold safety and cleanliness, and drive sales through exceptional service and upselling. A valid driver’s license and Food Safety Certification are required or can be obtained.

Qualifications

Minimum age 21+ years old.
Food Safety Certification must have or be able to obtain.
Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits).

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
Cover all shifts as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Run register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and maintain lot and fuel pumps.
Coach team to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions.
Recruit, hire, and train new staff; focus on growth and accountability.
Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
Handle banking deposits and ensure safety and cleanliness.
