Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work flexible opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
