Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will oversee daily operations, guide a team, and drive toward financial goals while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead a team to meet guest-service and quality standards while controlling costs and scheduling.
• Provide leadership through the store's opening and closing procedures and adapt to changing business needs.
