Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express store in the local area.

You will hire, coach and direct team members to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. We offer a comprehensive leadership training program of 8+ weeks, mentorship, and ongoing support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of operations for a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing mentorship.
