Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training and ongoing mentorship and support from our Panda community to help you grow and succeed in your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
